Classification of talented men required industry field of Fuxin<br /> based on BP net<br />

Abstract
Based on the investigation of talented men required the industry field of Fuxin, this paper uses iterative method to determine the eight major factors of talented men that the old industrial bases need, thus creates a classification & evaluation model based on BP net.
