Classification of the of civil commitment terminating by offset counter claims

Abstract
The nature and main features of the relations of the commitment terminating by offset counter claims was disclosed. The possible criteria for the determination of the civil commitment terminating by offset counter claims were determined. The features and values of the time criterion for the termination of the civil commitment were analyzed.
