Classification of the Solutions to the fourth-order homogeneous linear difference equation with constant coefficients
Journal Title: Scholars Journal of Engineering and Technology - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 2
Abstract
This paper mainly studies classification of the solutions to the fourth-order homogeneous linear difference equation with constant coefficients. First, we determine the generating function of it. Then, we use the complete discrimination system for polynomial to get classification of the solutions for the considered equation. Keywords: Generating function; Difference equation; Complete discrimination system for polynomial.

Special family of Diophantine Triples
In this paper, we present two special Diophantine triples in which the sum of any two is a perfect square. Keywords: Integral solutions, non-extendable diophantine triples
Based on Finite Element Simulation and Affected Analysis of Pipeline Thermal Stress under Wall Thickness
When gas transmission pipelines are working, due to various reasons such as being heated or cold and expansion and contraction, the pipeline will produce deformation, and then the deformation is limited by displacement c...
Identification of Control System for ProcessVariations of Extruders - A Survey
The extrusion of PVC polimers with a single screw has been studied. Experimentally, the pressures and temperatures were measured at the end of each stage, for different processing conditions (screw speed, die geometry et...
Immune Algorithm for Solving Large-Scale Job-Shop Scheduling Problems
Job-shop scheduling is a combination explosion problem. Complexity of solving such problems grows exponentially with the increase of problem scope. Based on the ideology of human immune system, an algorithm suitable for...
Three Commercial organic Acids for the Leaching of Metals from Tailings
The mining industry generates enormous volumes of mining wastes. Among these mine discharges, tailings are the most problematic given their very fine particle sizes and the chemicals used to process the ore. Moreover, if...
