CLIENT-ORIENTED APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article substantiates the importance of a client-oriented approach in the management of a construction company in the modern market. The main elements of the client-oriented approach are outlined: client's vision; strategy – orientation to the lifelong value of the client; values; consumer experience management; communications; consumer involvement in production. The principles of a client-oriented approach in the management of a construction company and the expected benefits of its use are presented.
