Abstract

The need to promote lifelong learning and the construction of competences (LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION) in order to contribute to the cultural, social and economic development of the Information Society, starting with the individual due to his own growth as a person , Which requires a close relationship with ethics that actively links leaders and communities to achieve goals
