CLINICAL LABORATORY AND IMMUNOLOGICAL FEATURES OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS C IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING ANTIVIRAL THERAPY WITH PEGYLATED INTERFERON

Abstract
Studying the course of chronic viral hepatitis C, polymorphism of clinical signs, deviation in clinical and biochemical blood analyses and specifi c changes in indices during antiviral therapy have been established. Data on peculiarities of autoimmune reactions in patients during administration of medicines with interferon-like action have been extended by determining antibody levels to the thyroid peroxidase, thyroglobuline, antimitochondrial antibodies, and antinuclear antibodies before antiviral therapy and in 12 weeks of treatment.
