CLUSTER MECHANISM POTENTIAL IN SECURITY OF UKRAINIAN SMALL TOWNS’ SUSTAINABLE AND RESILIENT GROWTH

Abstract
The article deals with the prospects for cluster mechanism implementation to secure sustainable economic growth of Ukrainian small towns. Insecure threats and challenges hampering small towns’ economic development are identified. The role of cluster mechanism as a universal tool stimulating small towns’ economic progress is analyzed. Four main types of clusters whose creation is of great efficiency for the small towns’ sustainable development security are singled out. The risks of cluster mechanism implementation up to small town are revealed.
