MOTIVATIONAL MONITORING OF MANAGEMENT LEVELS OF OIL AND GAS ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article discusses the activities of oil and gas enterprises from the point of view of motivation of management personnel. The motivational monitoring algorithm of management levels of oil and gas enterprises is developed. The management steps that need to be done to improve labour productivity by motivating employees to greater productivity are proposed. The motivational monitoring system of management levels of oil and gas enterprises is upgraded.
