COACHING AND BUDDING AS TOOLS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Abstract

The article presents the features of coaching and budding for employees of organizations and enterprises. Explained the expediency of using these methods in the process of personnel management at the enterprise. It has been proved that the application of the methods enables to ensure the effective functioning of the personnel management system, helps to assess the level of abilities and the quality of work of employees. It is substantiated that modern management methods allow companies can increase the competence of their staff as well as the level of their work efficiency.
