Abstract
У статті зазначено актуальність, а також недоліки наявних методик оцінювання лідерства на підприємствах. Обґрунтовано напрями методичної послідовності оцінювання лідерства. Визначено показники оцінювання лідерства на підприємствах ресторанного господарства. Ідентифіковано особливості оцінювання лідерства на підприємствах ресторанного господарства. Обґрунтовано методичну послідовність оцінювання лідерства в системі управління персоналом підприємств ресторанного господарства.
