INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING

Abstract
The article defines the role and significance of institutional conditions of financial provision. The legislative framework, which forms the investment policy of the state on the financing of agricultural engineering, is considered. The schemes of formation of institutional conditions and functioning of the institutional environment of financial provision are presented. The author’s definition of the concept of “potential of financial support” is proposed and its components are defined. The functional scheme of the formation and use of the financial support potential of innovative development of agricultural engineering is proposed.
