Abstract
У статті відображено основні взаємовідношення пенсійної системи в розрізі учасників. Досліджено проблему легалізації зарплати у повному обсязі. Приведено варіанти стратегій, мотиви та можливі отримані результати від застосування стратегій для суб’єкта (людини, працівника), підприємства та пенсійної системи, яку представляє державний пенсійний фонд. Виявлено конфлікт інтересів.
