COAL MINES EMERGENCY AND PRE-EMERGENCY SITUATIONS MONITORING MULTICRITERIA OPTOELECTRONIC DEVICE MODELING PROBLEM STATEMENT

Abstract

The modeling task statement of a multicriteria optoelectronic device for monitoring emergency and pre-emergency situations in coal mines has been performed.Controlled parameters of pre-emergency and emergency situations are formulated. A block diagram of a multicriteria optoelectronic device is proposed. Approaches to the modeling of a multicriteria optoelectronic device are presented. The initial data for modeling are determined. Controlled parameters are: concentration of methane (from 0 to 2.5% by volume); concentration of carbon dioxide (from 0 to 2% by volume); concentration of carbon monoxide (from 0 to 0.01% by volume); concentration of coal dust (from 0 to 7 g/m3); the flux of optical radiation in the case of a fiery combustion of the methane-air mixture and the smoldering of coal dust.A multi-criteria optical-electronic device is proposed to be constructed using a set of optoelectronic sensors of methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, coal dust, optical radiation of smoldering and flame. The approach to the modeling of optoelectronic sensors for measuring the gases concentration consists in calculating the spectral transmission coefficient using the Bouguer-Lambert-Beer law. The approach to modeling an optoelectronic dust concentration measurement sensor is based on calculating the spectral transmittance of a gas-dispersed medium on the basis of the Mie theory. Approaches based on the equation of radiation transfer and the use of angular coefficients are used to calculate the radiation coming from the source of combustion to the entrance pupil of the optoelectronic flame sensor.
