Abstract
Collagenous colitis (CC) is a form of microscopic colitis that is recognized as a cause of chronic watery diarrhoea. It is more common in elderly women. The etiology of collagenous colitis remains still elusive. Authors report a case of 57-year-old man with CC and discuss its diagnostics and treatment with review of current data from literature.
