Collisions of constitutional regulation of human right to health protection

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the problem of conflicts of constitutional regulation of the person’s right to health care. The author revealed the main conflicts in the sphere of constitutional regulation of the right of a person to health care; the reasons for their occurrence are determined. On the basis of the conducted scientific-legal analysis, proposals were made on ways and means to eliminate conflicts in the area of constitutional regulation of the right of a person to health care.
