The political function of commercial procedural law

Abstract
In this article, some aspects of the manifestation of the political function of commercial procedural law are examined. Based on the analysis, taking into account the nature of the commercial procedural sphere, an author’s vision of this issue is provided. Of fundamental importance is given to the consideration of the political function of commercial procedural law through formal and factual characteristics.
