Theoretical determination of the principle of transparency of bodies of public administration

Abstract
The article attempts to highlight a number of elements relating to transparency as an ethical operational value in the practice of public administration bodies. The author developed a theoretical analysis of the transparency of public authorities as a starting point, which will give a practical effect of positive administrative activity. Transparency contributes to enhancing constitutional values such as the rule of law, equality of opportunity, respect for the honor and dignity of a person in the process of making an administrative decision.
