COMBATING AGAINST POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE: INSTITUTION AND ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of political corruption. It has been determined that counteraction to political corruption involves institutional and organizational directions that complement each other. Anticorruption infrastructure has been created in Ukraine, consisting of NABU, SAP and NACP, and the law on the establishment of the Supreme Anticorruption Court was adopted. Instead, without changing the rules of the game (institutional conditions), the activities of new bodies will not be effective. The directions of further democratization of political institutions, which should help to counteract political corruption in Ukraine: transition from mixed election model to proportional, consensus of elites, development of parliamentarism, cooperation with international organizations are determined.
