DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF PHILOSOPHICAL POSTMODERNISM IN THE COUNTRIES OF CENTRAL AND WEST EUROPE IN THE 70TH-80TH YEARS OF THE 20TH CENTURY

Abstract
The object of analysis of this article are the features and manifestations of postmodernism in European culture of the 20th century. The author pays special attention to the regional features of the formation processes and substantive emphases in postmodernism of the leading countries of Europe in the article. The author carries out a special examination of the ideas and statements of postmodernism in France, Britain, Germany and Italy. The article uses methods of hermeneutics, comparative and contextual analysis. Further prospects for research are connected with a detailed analysis of the cultural unity and ideological diffusion of European postmodernism.
