Abstract
The modern political development of Ukraine is impossible without the preparation and organization of electoral processes. This issue is considered in the monograph of Yuriy Ostapets in the context of effective involvement of regions which confirms the specificity of political stability dependence in the state on the regional development indicators. The electoral processes in Zakarpattya are analyzed along with historical specific character of local political changes. The monograph emphasizes on the mistakes of electoral processes, causes of conflicts, legislative problems in the implementation of citizens’ voting rights and others. The reviewer summarized, that the scientific work of Yuriy Ostapets is the actual complex research based on deep theoretical developments, analysis of empiric material, generalizations of Ukrainian regional and national experience in the field of electoral processes.
