COMBINATION OF INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES IN THE MODERN MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of combining individual and team professional competencies in the modern management. The structuring of the core competencies of the subjects of management activity was carried out, the correlation of individual and command aspects of management, the development of proposals for raising the individual professional level of individual managers and the effectiveness of the management teams functioning was determined.
