COMMITTEE ON RIGHTS OF THE CHILD AS A MECHANISM FOR INTERNATIONAL LEGAL DEFENSE OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract
The article is about the effectiveness of the existing international legal mechanisms for defense of human rights, in particular that are related to the protection of children’s rights. It was concluded that at present there is no effective and efficient mechanism for the defense of human rights.
