THE CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF BYLAW NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS

Abstract
The analysis of the views of scientists to identify signs of subordinate legal act is implemented. The narrow and broad approaches to understanding the relevant definitions are studied. The author’s interpretation of the definition is proposed.
