FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF CRIMINAL-LAW REGULATION OF INFLICTING HARM BY PRIVATE PERSON AT THE ARREST OF OFFENDER

Abstract
The article investigates the criminal-law norms about inflicting harm by private person at the arrest of the offender in the legislation of foreign countries from different legal systems. An author conducts a comparative-legal analysis of the existence of such independent legitimate act, which precluding criminal liability in the criminal codes of foreign countries and makes the certain findings.
