THE RIGHT OF THE FOUNDER OF THE CORPORATE ENTERPRISE TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION

Abstract
Making a contribution to the corporate capital of a corporate enterprise must be rethought: it should be understood as a right, not a person’s obligation for a corporate enterprise. The right of the founder of a corporate enterprise to make a contribution is a relative right to make corporate contributions to the corporate capital of a corporate enterprise that arises after the state registration of a corporate enterprise as a legal entity instead of the organizational and founding authorities of the owner of an absolute nature that is exhausted at the time of state registration of the enterprise as a legal entity. The decision to establish a corporate enterprise and the rules of law provide the term for the exercise of this right and in the event of the expiration of these term it ceases.
