PROBLEMS OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF COMMERCIAL SECRET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The aim of the article consists of research of questions of defence of commercial secret on the basis of analysis of judicial practice in this sphere. Analyse the legal norms of the national and foreign legal system with the purpose of development of variants of warning of violations of rights on a commercial secret. To work out preventive measures on purpose to warn violation of rights for the legal proprietor of commercial secret.
