RIGHT OF FREE TRANSIT AND ITS INTERNATIONAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the formation of the international legal mechanism, which provides the free movement of persons, means of transport, cargoes from one country to another through the territory of the third country. The article shows the features of the right of free transit of inland countries, its principles, also the conditions of free transit of cargoes and means of transport, types of transit cargo control at border. Also attention is drawn to the circumstances in which the Contracting Parties con not be obliged to provide transit opportunities.
