HARMONIZATION OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT THROUGH THE UNCITRAL MODEL LAW

Abstract
The article examines the problem of the unification of the national legislation of the various states in the field of public procurement with a short review of a history of adoption of UNCITRAL model laws. The use of the national legislation of the UNCITRAL model laws promotes the process of approximation of legislation of the various states in the field of public procurement and transparency and competition in conducting purchases for government needs.
