LEGAL REGIME AS A SYSTEM-FORMING FACTOR OF THE SPORTS LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article sources the category of legal regime as a criterion for dividing the law to the branch, as well as a system-forming factor of the sports law of Ukraine. Investigations lead to the idea that sports law in Ukraine is a relatively independent and complex branch of law, under which combine private and public elements and which has a special legal regime, which is one of the system-forming factor of this branch of law.
