HISTORICAL STAGES OF FORMATION OF JUDICIARY

Abstract
The article is concerned with the analysis of problems of forming of judicial establishment. The historical stages of organization and activity of the judicial system are investigated. A role and place of judicial power in the mechanism of state power has been analyzed and the ways of reformation of this branch of power are distinguished.
