THE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT AND ITS PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF CIVIL AGREEMENTS

Abstract
In the article the concept and the legal nature of the distributor agreement as legal form of a mediation of the public relations arising in the course of implementation by the distributor and producer (importer) of an entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of distribution are investigated. The significant conditions of the distributor agreement are studied. The place of the distributor contract in the system of civil agreements is defined.
