SCIENTIFIC CONCEPTIONS OF GROUNDS OF NOTIFICATION OF SUSPICION

Abstract
The article is devoted to examination of scientific concepts of grounds of notification of suspicion in criminal proceedings. The author makes a conclusion that factual background, stated in the law (p. 1-4 part 1 art. 91 of CPC) are the grounds for notification of suspicion. For this criminal procedural decision the grounds of notification of suspicion should be proved by evidence.
