LEGAL REGULATION OF COLLABORATION WITHIN THE CONTROL UNDER CUSTOMS INFRINGEMENTS

Abstract
The legal basis of collaboration within the control under customs infringements are the sources of the customs law of the EU which include: acts of primary and secondary EU law and international agreements aimed at fighting with customs infringements. Despite the positive experience of the EU in the development and systematization of legislative and regulatory framework of collaboration under customs infringements, there are some drawbacks that need further researches by scientific representatives of administrative and customs law of Ukraine.
