LEGAL REGULATION OF ECOLOGICAL ASPECT OF SOCIETY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The paper discussed the current state and characteristics of legal regulation of the ecological sphere in Ukraine. It is shown that social relations in the ecological sphere are regulated by a sufficient number of regulations of different legal force, and therefore the underlying problem of legal regulation in this area is not so much the transition from theory to law, as in the effectiveness of law enforcement work, and further international harmonization and improvement of national environmental legislation.
