Abstract
The issue of the mechanism for the implementation of criminal procedural responsibility, its subjects, analyzed a number of novelties of the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine regarding the responsibility of the investigator, the prosecutor in criminal proceedings, revealed gaps in the current legislation affecting the application of criminal procedural measures.
