ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY AS A MEANS OF JUVENAL PREVENTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to determining the specifics of the application of administrative responsibility among other means of juvenile prevention. The state of the settlement of this institution in the norms of modern legislation is considered. Some problematic aspects of the application of this administrative and legal measure in the sphere of juvenile prevention by police units have been identified, and the ways of their legal solution have been suggested.
