LEGAL REGULATION OF WORKERSґ HEALTH AND SAFETY WORKING WITH DANGEROUS AGENTS

Abstract
This article is dedicated to legal regulation of health and safety at work of workers from the influence of chemical, carcinogenic and – biological agents. The EU directives set either technical requirements of equipment and the norms of reasonable influence of dangerous agents or regulate strictly employerґs obligations about the protection of workers. The employer has to reject using the dangerous agents and replace it with the another agents or technological process using which do not pose or decrease the threat for workersґ health and safety. The EU directives set that it is not enough to provide the satisfying level of safety but it is also necessary to determine the certain list of agents and/or work that can be used in the production. Operating equipment and protection system have to meet requirements of the Community in the sphere of perception, production and delivery according to health and safety regulation. Technical and organizational events that are affirmed by the employer, have to take into consideration the classification of device group mentioned in the directives.
