COMPLIANCE – FEATURES OF THE NOTARY MYSTERY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of «notary mystery» as one of the fundamental principles of the notary’s activities, which has proved its lasting value in ensuring the confidentiality of the notary relationships and stakeholders is reflected in the storing confidential information received by the notaries in connection with the performance of professional activities, a classification mystery and the persons who are entrusted with the duty not to disclose the information that constitutes notary mystery.
