LEGAL NATURE OF THE RIGHT TO APPEAL TO COURT UNDER CIVIL PROCEEDINGS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines and analyzes such legal institute as ‘the right to judicial protection and the right to apply to the court’ as the main component of the institute of protection in general. There has been defined the concept of these categories, their nature and legal aspects. There has been analyzed the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the right to judicial protection and general provisions on the right to appeal to the court for protection. There have been studied peculiarities and has been defined the concept of ‘the right to judicial protection and the right to appeal to the Court’ which reveals their essence and internal content. There have been established procedural aspects of the right to judicial protection and has been determined the proper time for requesting protection.
