Communication level is an important factor in the formation of a political leader and his image

Abstract
As a part of this approach and on the basis of comparative analysis an attempt to describe the main content of the communication level of the political leader is presented. Basic methodological approaches to elaboration and development of a political leader’s image are analysed. The hypothesis is offered that in modern conditions of information and communication technologies and open informational society development, the key and important factor in the formation of a political leader is a communication level in the social and political process.
