Communication management in projects

Abstract
The article tackles the problem of systematization and integration of the communication process in designing and in project management. The basis for analysis of the scope and form of communication were the selected methodologies and tools for project management. Results of selected designing techniques and tools are a premise to present the concept of integration of information on substantive solutions and managerial information based on the possibility to maintain a uniform project repository and to extract from this base necessary information on the progress of works with the assumption of operating a uniform language designing language (project description).
