Communication strategy of manipulation in marketing discourse

Abstract
The article discusses the cognitive and discursive study of manipulative communication strategies in marketing discourse. This strategy is analyzed against the background of marketing discourse and the analysis of the theoretical principles and practical recommendations concerning the development of effective methods of marketing communication. A closer look at the speakers’ linguistic behavior with an eye to their communicative strategies opens new perspectives of their further examination.
