Abstract
Explore the effectiveness of community-based prevention and treatment for chronic hypertension. method to this community 2014 year 3 month~2017 Year 3 month period,Patients with chronic hypertension are the object of study,randomly divided into control group and observation Group,each Example.The community gives the control group the usual admin,provides a series of community prevention and treatment measures for the observation Group of patients,to analyze the therapeutic efficacy of two groups of patients. results via over treatment,Group of patients systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure significantly lower than the control group,and observation group patients significantly higher than the control group,Corpse<0.05,difference is statistically significant. conclusion for treatment of chronic hypertension,Implementation of community prevention and treatment can Improve the quality of the treatment on a large scale,Promote patient satisfaction promotion.
