COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF REGULATION OF CIVIL AVIATION OF THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND AVIATION LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the aviation legislation of the countries of the European Union . It is necessary to study the experience of the European experience of state and public regulation of civil aviation . The article analyzes the foreign experience of administrative and legal support of civil aviation activity. The aviation legislation of the countries of the European Union and the United States is more developed than in Ukraine. The distinguishing features of the aviation legislation of the countries of the European Union are: 1) systematic; 2) combination of state and public control; 3) respect for human rights and citizenship; 4) ensuring the requirements of scientific and technological progress in combination with security; 5) administrative and legal support for the protection of the rights of business entities.
