Comparative analysis of measuring procurement use

Abstract
The article considers the meters that can be used for procurements. The author analyzes which meters are the most appropriate to use for the analysis of procurement procedures. The paper studies the indices of the meters and determines on their base the procurements with the most effective outcome which lead to concluding agreements.
