COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE REENGINEERING METHODOLOGIES

Abstract
Contemporary organizations must be extremely flexible, in order to have the opportunity successfully to develop in situations of hard operative conditions and in a rapidly changing environment. A need arises for a fundamental change in important operations and processes of the company. There are many approaches to the reengineering process implementation, thanks to various methodologies by different researchers or practice-oriented authors. The challenge, upon starting the reengineering process, is to select the most suitable approach for the organization. This article studies, presents and compares a different set of methodologies for the reengineering process.
