COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTIC OF CREDIT INSTRUMENTS FOR PROMOTING DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The contemporary credit tools for ensuring the development of small business in Ukraine are considered and their comparative characteristic according to the purposes of attraction and features of small business activity is conducted. It is established that today the most popular in the practical realization of credit support for the development of small business are such credit instruments as credit for replenishment of working capital, credit line, investment loan, overdraft, leasing, factoring. Each of the identified tools has its advantages and disadvantages and they relevant for use in a particular situation and at the appropriate stage of the life cycle of a small business. Along with this, the analysis of the practical aspects of providing individual credit services confirmed the existence of a difference between nominal and real lending rates and determined the need for a thorough examination of all conditions and aspects of credit relations.
