Abstract
In article the proved urgency of development of a intellectual potential of the personnel in construction of digital economy and a society. The model of process of intellectualization of the personnel of the enterprise is offered. Administrative influence on process of intellectualization of the personnel is defined. Applied approaches to development of a intellectual potential of the enterprise are developed.
