LOCAL BUDGETS’ COST MANAGEMENT IN CONTEXT OF INNOVATIONAL AND INVESTMENT REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Taking into account peculiarities of territory development the author examined theoretical questions and practical aspects of local budgets’ cost management in the direction of regional innovational and investment development. The work analyzes financial support of innovational and investment development of Chernivtsi Region on account of the budget funds and it defines main directions of optimal use of the regional budget funds for supporting of favorable innovation and investment attraction.
