FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC STATE OF ENTERPRISES OF BUILDING INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article discussed the financial and economic state of enterprises of building industry of Ukraine, outlines the main factors influencing the development of the construction. Analyzed the financial and economic state of enterprises of the construction industry in recent years. Improving the work of the construction industry first is inextricably connected with the intensification of investment activity in the country. For the investor update procedure is very important, that is why the implementation of strategic changes is the key to strengthen weaknesses in the field of construction. Correctly chosen strategy, timely strategic analysis – is a major lever in the management and implementation of change at the company. Further development of the enterprises and construction slowed the following indicators: reduction in the workload capacity, reducing the number of employees, lack of funding, lack of working capital, a satisfactory level of productivity, the lack of a clear strategic direction of development of the industry, the lack of resources to finance the necessary changes in the strategy for the further development of enterprises and the development of construction in general, there are many threats, namely: reducing the volume of construction and installation works reduction in the volume of new orders in construction work, competitive pressure, high bank interest rates negative, growth requirements of buyers and suppliers, adverse weather conditions further complicate conditions and worsen productivity. But in terms of political and economic instability of the construction industry has great chances to overcome the negative effects. For this purpose: to contribute to the stabilization of the number of employees, wages and labour productivity; stabilize amounts of working capital sufficient to perform the work and to meet the demand; stabilize the pricing policy, which, in turn, will contribute to the stabilization of the financial and economic state of enterprises and industry in general. Suggested ways of development of the construction industry and construction companies in Ukraine.
